Charlotte Kornik is an 28 year Utah resident. Born and raised in San
Diego, she excelled in a multitude of athletics, and developed a love of
architecture. Charlotte was awarded a full athletic scholarship for
college where she enjoyed a successful career in basketball while a
majoring in Criminal Justice and Business. Prior to becoming a
Realtor, Charlotte continued on her family legacy with a career in the
automobile industry in both sales and sales management. Her hobbies
include tennis, travel, skiing, interior design, art collecting, exploring
sunny beaches, and spending time with family & friends, especially
her beloved Brussels Griffon, Pépin.

Charlotte has 21 years of professional Real Estate experience and 31
years in sales and negotiation. She holds the ABR, GRI, CNE and
prestigious Green designations from the National Association of
Realtors. She has consistently been in the top 3 percent of Realtors
nationally, since earning Rookie of the year in 2002. Charlotte was
awarded the Salt Lake Board of Realtors Small Sales Team of the
Year award in 2011 and has earned the Distinguished Presidents
Award of Excellence for Outstanding Customer Service. She holds
active Real Estate licenses in both Utah and California.

Charlotte loves working with her fabulous, longtime clientele and their
friends and family. As a result of her referral only based business
model, many of her clients have become wonderful lifelong friends.
