Gaynell spent 17 years in the teaching profession after receiving a degree in education with a minor in psychology. This background created an easy gateway into real estate, where she has spent the last 30 years initially helping her clients realize their real estate dreams, and educating them in the sometimes complex processes involved. Her “relationships” mindset, grew her business and earned her many production awards and a position in her company withinin the Top Ten Individual producers many years running.
Gaynell obtained her Broker license in 1993 and has brokered for 2 large Realogy owned companies through most of those years, adding her expertise in teaching to train and mentor agents in her chosen brokerage. Using the same skills that propelled her to be recognized in the 2012 Top Wall Street Journal/Real Trends Real Estate Professionals in the nation, being ranked 184th in individual production (143 closed transactions), Gaynell has created and honed a productivity training for all levels of agent experience, helping them cultivate new skills, increase client satisfaction, grow a sustainable business and balance personal life with business life.
